Privacy Notices explain:

  1. Who is collecting the data – The identity and contact details of the organization.

  3. Why the data is being collected – The purposes for processing the data (e.g., marketing, service delivery).
  4. Legal basis for processing – Such as consent, contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interest.

  7. Your rights – Such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data.
